Jennifer Aniston is the proud new owner of an 8,500 square foot mansion in the affluent Los Angeles neighbourhood of Bel Air. And she got it for a steal.
The original asking price was $24,900,000 million, but it the Friends star is believed to have got it for the bargain price of $21 million.
The 3.5 acre property, perched on the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, is in a gated community which is home to stars including Nicholas Cage, Hugh Hefner and Lauren Bacall.
The luxurious mid-century abode is described as having ‘absolute privacy and a marvelous open floor plan with walls of glass. Perfect for an indoor outdoor lifestyle and ideal for entertaining.’
Designed by A. Quincy Jones, the house has 4 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and unobstructed city and ocean views.
