Jennifer Aniston, 40, is through with famous men, says an insider, who notes that the actress was left “really messed up and heartbroken” by singer John Mayer.

“She wants to be set up with a wealthy businessman, not a celebrity,” the insider says in the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.

Though her rep says Aniston “does not place restrictions on the people who may come into her life,” the insider says pals like Courteney Cox are hoping she’ll settle with an “older, mature man.”

Still, one pal doubts the resolution will stick: “She always ends up drifting back to actors and musicians. Her friends want a normal guy, but she’s drawn to the attention.”

If you rip out her heart, she’ll rip out your…bathroom? The March issue of Architectural Digest has a first look at Jennifer Aniston’s Beverly Hills mansion (following an extensive, two-and-a-half year interior renovation). Among the many design modifications, the actress’s master bath is now more conducive to single life than coupledom:

“[The house] originally had his-and-hers baths, but Aniston has turned the ‘his’ into a spa bath with a soaking tub,” the magazine reports. The article later quotes Aniston saying her new home is “like a big hug” and it “vibrates with the love that created it.”

This all sounds inviting for one, but it may not be ideal for prospective romantic partners. Last year, the 41-year-old’s then-beau John Mayer described her one-story dwelling as rather intimidating: “There is no normal thing in the Aniston house,” he told Ellen on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” “You won’t find a light switch. The light switch is not antiquated—there is a six-button light panel. It does everything. The top button is ‘on,’ and the button right below that one seems to be an air horn, so in the middle of the night it’s very difficult.”

Complex and high-tech as it may be, Aniston’s new home was not meant to be lonesome. The Zen-inspired space was built with entertaining in mind, featuring an expansive kitchen and a dining room that seats 24, along with a 1920s Thai gong that summons diners. The actress has already hosted several A-list parties, including a housewarming bash and a holiday party in December for 100+ guests, among them celeb pals Courteney Cox and Laura Dern.

Jennifer Aniston’s efforts to help Haiti didn’t start and end with her recent $500,000 donation to various relief organizations.

What’s Aniston doing next?

Aniston will host a benefit screening later this month of The Last Station, the Sony Pictures Classic drama that snagged Oscar nominations this morning for Helen Mirren and Christopher Plummer. Proceeds will be donated to AmeriCares, one of the three nonprofits Aniston gave money to last month.

“AmeriCares delivered nearly $10 million in lifesaving medical aid for earthquake survivors in Haiti,” reads a quote from Aniston on the invite. “They have a longstanding commitment to the people of Haiti and will continue to send relief in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.”

Minimum price for the movie night, which includes a postscreening cocktail party with the film’s director, Michael Hoffman, is $100 per ticket and goes as high as $50,000.

IF it all goes to pot with Gerard Butler, Jennifer Aniston has an even sexier fall back guy — Jake Gyllenhaal, insiders say.

The Brokeback Mountain star — who recently split from girlfriend Reese Witherspoon — apparently has his eye on Hollywood’s most famous singleton.

“Jake’s had his eye on her for a long while, but the timing’s never been right,” a source close to the actor told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“The chemistry’s been there for years but, in the past, either one or the other has been in a relationship.

“They really have so much in common. He’s aware of Jen’s reputation for being unlucky at love, but he feels he has a lot to bring into her life. More importantly, he is sure they could make each other happy.

“Jake even describes her as being hot, intelligent and spiritual — the perfect package!”

And sources close to Aniston — who has previously dated singer John Mayer, 32 — insists the star wouldn’t be fazed about dating Jake, who at 29, is 11 years her junior.

“Jake’s obviously a good looking guy and she couldn’t care less if she’s viewed as a cougar for going out with him,” said the Aniston source.

According to Showbizpy.com, the former star of Friends have reportedly paid a six figure sum to the popular matchmaking agency, Kelleher International in the hope of finding the right guy for herself.

Early this week when the news broke about the alleged split of popular Hollywood couples namely Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the media immediately started a speculation whether Brad will return to his former wife Jennifer Aniston. There were some publications which confidently reported that Brad Pitt is getting back together with Jennifer Aniston when neither Brad nor Jolie confirmed the reports about their break-up.

Even one the most renowned magazine like OK did a story on Brad-Jen reunion. They ran the cover story “Yes! They’re Together Again”. Inside there was a report about an emotional reunion of Brad and Jennifer at the Haiti Telethon in Los Angeles plus the report claimed that Brad was nervous about the meeting was considering shaving his beard before the meet. Jennifer Aniston has joined the growing list of stars who have given big bucks to help earthquake-decimated Haiti, E! Online reports.

The actress donated $500,000 to Doctors Without Borders, Haitian health care provider Partners in Health and AmeriCares, all organizations participating in the relief effort in the Caribbean country where at least 150,000 have died in the disaster, according to E!.

Aniston also took part in Friday night’s celebrity telethon, Hope for Haiti Now, which has so far raised $58 million.
