TMZ has learned … Jennifer Aniston just got a restraining order against a man who was arrested after prowling around a place she frequents — and the man had a sharp object, duct tape and is considered violent.

According to the docs, Jason Peyton was found on July 15, “laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a ‘sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston].”

Aniston’s lawyer says in the docs … Peyton spent 8 days trying to find her and when he was taken into custody cops found carved messages in the paint of his car saying, “I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON.”

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, “Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker — with a history of violence and criminal stalking — who drove cross-country in his delusional ‘mission’ to locate and marry [Aniston], with whom he believes he is in a relationship.”

After being arrested, the 24-year-old Peyton was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

According to the restraining order, Peyton must stay 100 yards away from her home, places of work and vehicles. Peyton must also stay clear of her employees, agents, managers and other reps.

The way cops found out Peyton was in L.A. looking for Aniston … he left a note for his dad on June 25 in Pennsylvania, stating he was going to California which his dad knew meant he was looking for Aniston, so the father gave cops a heads up.

As for Peyton’s violent past — it includes stabbing himself and hitting his mother with a golf club.

Peyton, who has been institutionalized before, was ordered to take antipsychotic drugs but authorities say he stopped taking them in March.

Peyton believes he’s related to Oprah, Nelson Mandela, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Bill and Melinda Gates, President George Bush (both of them) and Donald Trump.

LAPD’s Threat Management Unit is involved in the case — translation, it’s serious.

She’s gearing up to launch her new fragrance Lolavie, and Jennifer Aniston can’t wait for her fans to smell the new scent.

The “Rumor Has It” actress appears in a new topless ad campaign looking sexy in a series of black and white shots.

She told press, “I want people to go, ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural.”

“No aroma is quite so … exhilarating. The combination of the salty air and tropical oils reminds me of long sunny days on the beach – pure happiness.”

If Jennifer Aniston ever feels like trying out her luck on the dance floor
, there’s a gig waiting for her over at Dancing with the Stars.

DWTS pro Tony Dovolani admits his ideal dancing partner would be America’s sweetheart. Hey, if you’re going to aim, aim high, right?

“I hope Anna Kournikova does it. If you are going to shoot-shoot high right? Jennifer Aniston [would be amazing],” he told Hollyscoop at the Armani Exchange COOL FACTOR denim event at the A|X Chill Truck in Los Angeles.

Sorry Tony but Jennifer’s a little busy with about a half dozen movies, but how about Lindsay Lohan? “She is going to be in jail,” he laughed. But added, “We can go to jail and train her.”

While the new cast is still up in the air, one thing we can expect from the new season is less drama. “I want to put the last season behind me and move on to the next one. Last season was challenging but I always look forward to the next season,” said Tony.

Tony admits that they pretty much find out who their dancing partners are the same time we all do.

“I find out literally a couple of hours before we meet our partner. I always want to keep it real when I meet them for the first time I want that initial reaction to be the real one. This season I had Kate Gosslin and it was a real reaction,” he said.

So off camera what was having Kate Gosselin as a partner like? “It was interesting,” said Tony. “Whatever fights we had you saw them because they aired every single one of them.”

“She has a lot of things going on outside of dancing. Dancing I think was not something that she completely enjoyed because of everything going on outside. I felt bad for her, I feel if she did not have all the other distractions outside she might have done well.”

Um doubt that Tony. That woman had two left feet! But Tony had kinder words for her. “She wasn’t all there all the time, like 90% of the time she wasn’t there. The 10% of the time she was she did really well.”

Jennifer Aniston and Universal Studios producer Scott Stuber hung out together at the exclusive SoHo House on Wednesday night (July 14) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 41-year-old actress was also seen chatting and mingling with CSI: NY’s Hill Harper at the SoHo house.

A couple of weeks ago, Jennifer was last seen with True Blood’s Chris Gartin at Sunset Tower Hotel. A rep later confirmed that Chris and Jen were just friends.

Jennifer Aniston may have finally found her perfect man! A True Blood insider tells OK! actor Christopher Gartin is the good guy Jen deserves!

“Nothing could be better for him,” the source tells OK!. “Or more deserving. For both of them, actually. Chris is a gem of a guy.”

Jen must feel the same as she showed off her hot date to the paparazzi over the weekend!

“At first he’s so good looking that you think he might be arrogant or something,” the insider explains. “Nothing could be further from the truth. He is so warm and genuinely caring.”

And those aren’t his only good qualities!

“When you talk to him, he really really listens. He’s right there for you,” adds the source. “And how perfect for Jennifer Aniston. She deserves a really good guy, who is a family man and a father.”

“He brought his children to the set once last year and he’s so caring and doting. He’s as natural dad, as if he were born to be a parent. How perfect for Jennifer if she wants kids and if their relationship takes them down that road.”

But the relationship isn’t just one-sided — Jen would be perfect for Chris too!

“She can’t do any better than Chris. He’s been through a lot personally over the last two or three years, so it’s about time that he’s happy with someone that understands divorce, and all the drama that goes with it, and understands the value of family,” the True Blood insider tells OK!. “That sounds like Jennifer Aniston to me.”
