warren the ape logo 300x243 Jennifer Aniston Is Obsessed With Warren The Ape‘I got an autographed 8-by-10 that is proudly hung on my wall,’ ‘Switch’ star says of meeting foulmouthed primate.

Jennifer Aniston is one of those super-famous A-listers whose image as a celebrity who’s as nice offscreen as she is onscreen seems to be well-earned. No rumors of nasty, on-set meltdowns or diva fits ever follow her. So when MTV News caught up with the former “Friend” as she promoted her upcoming movie “The Switch,” we were a bit taken aback when she began to gush — unprompted — about a certain furry, foulmouthed MTV star.

“Can I tell you how much I love Warren the Ape? Is that crazy?” asked Aniston, who co-stars in the August 20 flick with Jason Bateman. “I have a headshot on my wall in my kitchen,” she admitted proudly. “I’m such a fan, I went to the premiere of the show — mind you, my friend is a producer of it — but I had no idea I would become that obsessed with ‘Warren the Ape.’ ”

Aniston went on to say that she also appreciates addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky’s presence in the comedy. “[He] is, of course, quite helpful in that,” she added. “I actually got to meet Warren and then I got an autographed 8-by-10 that is proudly hung on my wall in my kitchen.”

We suggested that Aniston should consider doing a guest spot on the show. “Trust me, I’ve already written ideas out in my mind,” she said. “I’m not kidding.”

Soon after hearing Aniston confess her admiration for Warren, MTV News tracked down the primate to find out what he had to say about his famous fan.

“I admire Jen as a woman of taste and distinction and I’ve always appreciated her political support of Fabricated Americans like myself,” Warren the Ape told us. “She also knows how to rock a bikini.”

jennifer aniston 320 150x150 Jennifer Aniston Shoots Back at Bill OReilly Over Motherhood CommentsJennifer Aniston has a few choice words for Bill O’Reilly, who criticized her recent comments about single motherhood.

“Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth,” Aniston tells PEOPLE exclusively. “And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming (with fatherly instincts), but for those who’ve not yet found their Bill O’Reilly, I’m just glad science has provided a few other options.”

Aniston, who is currently starring in The Switch, a film about a woman who gets pregnant using a sperm donor, told reporters recently that women no longer have to wait for the perfect guy to start a family.

“Women are realizing it more and more, knowing that they don’t have to settle with a man just to have that child,” the actress told reporters. “Love is love and family is what is around you and who is in your immediate sphere.”

Last week, on his Fox News show, The O’Reilly Factor, the host called the actress’s comments “destructive to our society,” and accused her of “diminishing the role of the dad.”

“Dads bring a psychology to children that is in this society, I believe, under-emphasized,” he said. “I think men get hosed all day long in the parental arena.”

The Fox News talking head took the actress to task this week on “The O’Reilly Factor,” calling recent comments she made about single motherhood “destructive to our society.”

While promoting her upcoming movie “The Switch,” about a single woman seeking a sperm donor, Aniston told reporters at a press conference in Los Angeles Sunday that “times have changed” when it comes to thinking about the traditional family.

“Women are realizing more and more that you don’t have to settle. They don’t have to fiddle with a man to have that child,” she said. “They are realizing if it’s that time in their life and they want this part they can do it with or without that.”

She also challenged the idea that a single woman having a baby without a father is selfish.

“I don’t think it’s selfish,” she said. “It’s quite beautiful, because there are children that don’t have homes that have a home and can be loved. And that’s extremely important.”

In O’Reilly’s eyes, Aniston’s comments make her a threat to the American family.

“She’s throwing a message out to 12-year-olds and 13-year-olds that ‘Hey, you don’t need a guy. You don’t need a dad.’ That is destructive to our society,” he said on Tuesday’s “O’Reilly Factor.”

Fox News contributor Margaret Hoover and Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson chimed in on the topic, agreeing with O’Reilly that teens and tweens can’t understand the difference between a mature woman raising a child on her own (Aniston is 41) and a teen having a baby.

“She is glamorizing single parenthood,” Carlson said.

Aniston’s representative did not immediately return ABCNews.com’s request for comment.

jennifer aniston stalkman ext 150x150 Jennifer Anistons Stalker: 3 Year Restraining OrderHopefully she’s able to sigh with relief today, as Jennifer Aniston has won a permanent restraining order against a man who has been stalking her.

The “Break Up” star had previously gotten a temporary restraining order against Jason R Peyton, but on Monday (August 9) a Santa Monica, CA judge extended it for three years.

In a signed court declaration, Aniston said that “delusional” Peyton had made her fear for her safety.

Aniston stated, “Mr. Peyton has aggressively sought to have personal contact with me and integrate himself into my life.”

“Due to Mr. Peyton’s delusional compulsion and increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct, I have been subjected to a course of conduct which has and is seriously alarming, annoying and harassing me.”

Authorities discovered that Peyton, who has been diagnosed as a delusional and paranoid schizophrenic, had written brief notes to himself saying, “Jen told me she wants me to be the father of her children” and “Call Jen,” as well as a list of potential baby names.

Furthermore, they found he had scratched “I love Jennifer Aniston” on his own car, among other things.

jennifer aniston 240 225x300 Jennifer Aniston: Women Dont Need Men to Be Good MomsIn her new movie The Switch, Jennifer Aniston plays a woman who decides to get pregnant in a non-traditional way – with a “turkey baster,” her friend jokes in the film.

During a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday, the actress defended her character’s leap into single motherhood by using a sperm donor.

“Women are realizing it more and more knowing that they don’t have to settle with a man just to have that child,” Aniston, 41, said. “Times have changed and that is also what is amazing is that we do have so many options these days, as opposed to our parents’ days when you can’t have children because you have waited too long.”

When asked about the repercussions of raising a child without a father, Aniston said she believes all types of families can raise healthy kids.

“The point of the movie is what is it that defines family? It isn’t necessarily the traditional mother, father, two children and a dog named Spot,” she said. “Love is love and family is what is around you and who is in your immediate sphere. That is what I love about this movie. It is saying it is not the traditional sort of stereotype of what we have been taught as a society of what family is.”

Aniston, who has been the subject of frequent tabloid rumors about having children, said she still wants to be a mom. “Yeah, I have said it years before and I still say it today,” she said when asked if she still wants to have a family.

But she won’t be using a turkey baster: “I don’t have plans on that, no.”
