This summer, a bunch of “Saturday Night Live” alumni will be brought together in the movie “Grown-Ups,” directed by Dennis Dugan. For his next trick, Dugan will be tackling “Just Go With It,” starring Jennifer Aniston, Adam Sandler, Nicole Kidman and Heidi Montag. It must be a tough gig, all those laborious days of shooting in sunny Hawaii.
Kidman is clearly struggling, as you can see in the set photo below. Aniston too; she’s the one facing away from the camera. And Sandler? He’s on the set, but not in the picture. Probably because he’s crying in the corner, his spirit broken by the challenge of shooting under such tough tropical conditions.

The glamour of Miss Monroe may have been unrivalled for years as women worldwide try to emulate her look, but now it appears that British women have moved on to the girl-next-door look.
Hollywood beauties such as Winslet, Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Rachel McAdams beat the classical ladies like Elizabeth Taylor and Monroe in a poll carried out by Venus Embrace.
According to the findings, women find it easier to copy the look of modern-day actresses over the unobtainable glamour of previous beauty sirens.
Rather than bold red lips and immaculately groomed hair that used to be the true signs of glamour, now hair-free legs and a toned body are the necessary ingredients.
Speaking on behalf of Venus Embrace’s research, make-up artist to the stars, Tina Earnshaw, says that this shift in icon following is because of technology.
‘The challenge with this understated look is with the advancement of cinematic technologies such as high-definition, every detail is visible on screen which means fine flaws such as smudged make-up or rogue hairs are easily detected.’
The Top 10 goddesses according to the Venus Embrace poll are:
1 Jennifer Aniston
2 Kate Winslet
3 Sophia Loren
4 Marilyn Monroe
5 Cameron Diaz
6 Rachel McAdams
7 Elizabeth Taylor
8 Julie Christie
9 Kate Bosworth
10 Raquel Welsh
Actress Christine Baranski has been around (professionally, that is), but one place she hasn’t been is in the same room with Jennifer Aniston, even though the two had scenes together in the current release, “The Bounty Hunter.”
“This is funny — all I did with Jennifer Aniston is talk to her over the phone,” she told “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday. “I have never met her. I never got to meet her. We did phone scenes … I still cannot wait to meet Jennifer Aniston.”
Baranski’s legal drama “The Good Wife,” starring Julianna Margulies, is getting a reputation for being pleasantly unpredictable — and real-life events apparently will continue to fuel the stories.
“It’s been incredible, it’s the gift that keeps giving,” Baranski said, referring to a spate of men fallen from grace.
“When we shot the pilot it was just kind of Elliot Spitzer and then it was just kind of one guy after another. … Spitzer is going to be getting back into the game apparently, and, that’s what next season’s about.”
“It’s a very pertinent show.”
She’s conquered the world of television and movies as an actress, and now Jennifer Aniston is looking to try her hand as a director.
The “Rumor Has It” babe has announced her first directorial project, the result of her desire to try out new things.
Jen told press, “I have a project in development I’m going to direct. After you get enough movies under your belt you sit back and go, ‘What’s next?’
The “Bounty Hunter” babe added, “It’s getting to a time where creatively I want to turn in a different direction.”
Jennifer Aniston put her differences with her mother behind her after the 73-year-old was hospitalized following a fall.
The former “Friends” star, 41, cut her mom, Nancy, a retired actress, out of her life in 1996 when she revealed all about her famous daughter’s private life on an entertainment TV show.
They patched up their differences following Aniston’s split from ex-husband Brad Pitt in 2005 but their relationship reportedly remained strained.
However, Aniston has stepped up to help cover her mom’s medical bills after learning Nancy had to undergo surgery when she tripped and fell as she left a church in Northridge, Calif., earlier this month.
Nancy suffered a fractured hip and femur and is now recovering in a rehabilitation center, according to the National Enquirer.
A source tells the tabloid, “When Jen got word of her mom’s catastrophic fall, she contacted Nancy’s doctors and made sure all of her medical costs were taken care of.”
The insider admits Aniston and her mom are still working on mending their relationship: “There are unresolved issues, but Jen loves her mom. She wants a healthy relationship and felt the least she could do was help Nancy in her time of need.”
Most of us may not be wealthy like Jennifer Aniston. And we may not have her killer figure or her movie star status. But we can sleep in a gorgeous platform bed like Aniston’s — and for a lot less than she likely paid for hers. Aniston’s bed — along with her whole stunning house — was featured in the March issue of Architectural Digest.
I’ve updated the gallery with scans of Jennifer in the April issue of Cosmopolitan France!
