Matching rings or not, Jennifer Aniston and new beau Justin Theroux prove they aren’t afraid to put their romance on display in a new photo of the couple that was taken while they were out recently in New York City.
In black-and-white images posted Wednesday by photographer Terry Richardson, the couple, who have been quietly dating since May, are smiling and snuggling while out on Thompson Street in New York’s SoHo neighborhood, according to Richardson’s blog. The two had just finished having dinner with the photographer, according to the post.
Despite recent reports, Aniston, 42, and Theroux, 39, did not begin dating until the actor ended his longtime relationship with girlfriend, costume designer Heidi Bivens, 35, according to sources.
“I know people are saying Jen broke them up, but they had been on-and-off for years,” says a Theroux pal. Adds an Aniston source: “Jen would never hook up with a guy who has a girlfriend.”
And while the couple hasn’t moved in together – Theroux still has a home in New York and has kept a hotel room on his trips to L.A. – it’s clear Aniston is “very happy with Justin,” says a source close to the actress. “He’s a great guy.”
